Is This Home For a Long Term Traveller? The City of Nis, Serbia?

Tonight, home for me is in Niš , Serbia. Tomorrow night, it's Skopje, capital of Macedonia. But, is "home" just a state of mind? What exactly is home for a permanent traveller?
